After you will make the decision what you will purchase, upon receipt of our price and delivery confirmations, you must pay the total amount before any shipment. Remittances by wire transfer or credit card, VISA, Master, or American Express are acceptable. No checks. In the case of application for above credit companies, after your payments will be certificated, your instrument will be shipped by UPS at freight prepaid with insurance at your cost. If you would not pay insurances, we never have responsibility on defects. UPS serves persuading program on their web. You can check where your orders are transported with their trucking number.

When you will receive an instrument, please check in detail whether there would be any defects during transportation. Each instrument is inspected by our technical department before every shipment. When a shipment will arrive to you, please check an instrument right now. You have to notify any defects to us during transportation. If you might happen to find a defect that was supposed to be caused in production processes, you must inform us with pictures and detail specifications within 7 days after you received. When this term will be terminated, we have no responsibility for all defects.

Only original owners for Rickenbacker instruments are supported with our warranty program. Every instrument will be supplied with our registration card. You must send it back to us with full declaration on every subject within 30 days after you receive instruments. We will credit your instrument at our database, so that you are sure to receive full line of our warranty program.

1. Trade mark items such as Name plate, R tailpiece, Jack plate, Signed pickguard could be only exchanged to new ones, in the case of defect, at your cost, for only original owners. Please note that those items are available only in the case of exchange. You have to send it back to us in advance. Please check availability also. After you send defective one, it should be disposed by us, to prevent for using copy models. Therefore, you must agree that defective one will never return to you after that.
   
   
2. At defects on parts for tuners and knobs, original owner will purchase even in only one piece. In the case of non original owner, you have to purchase those items at units. Truss rods, frets, and position markers are materials for instruments, not spare parts, so that you are could not purchase them. However, original owner may be able to be supplied in the only purpose for repair.

Basically, after your order leave at our warehouse, we would not accept cancellation and refunding in any reason. If you would not be satisfied with your purchasing merchandise after you received, at first you have to notify that, and specify exact reason to us by email or fax in advance before you will return your order. After we conclude to approve your declaration in proper reason, then you will be able to return your purchasing merchandise at freight prepaid, NO Returning without previous notice before returning. If you would send anything back to us without any notice, there would be NO refund. In case of returning, we will charge you 10% from your purchasing amount as restocking expense. Also, when returning merchandise will come to our warehouse, we will inspect it. If there would be any defects during returning, you have to share another cost along with our estimate for repair. Therefore, the refund will sometimes be reduced more than 10% from original amount.
